By accessing our website, purchasing services, applying for opportunities, enrolling in training programs, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Octotasker may provide one or more of the following services:

Employment Services

Candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, placement facilitation, workforce development, and career support services.

Academy Services

Training, workforce education, onboarding preparation, sales training, appointment-setting education, cold-calling training, and workforce readiness services.

Participation in training programs does not guarantee employment opportunities.

Dialer Services

Telecommunications infrastructure, outbound dialing systems, phone registration, caller ID services, software integrations, and communication-related services.

CRM Services

Customer relationship management systems, lead management systems, automation workflows, pipeline configuration, integrations, and reporting systems.

Management Consulting Services

Operational consulting, implementation consulting, workforce consulting, business process consulting, and call center management support services.

Replacement Services

Replacement support for qualifying service plans subject to eligibility requirements.

Payroll Administration Services

Payroll administration, contractor payment coordination, payroll support, and related payment services

Octotasker is not the direct employer of workers unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use our Services.

3. Payments

Fees may include:

  • One-time setup fees

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Implementation fees

  • Payroll funding obligations

  • Training fees

  • Renewal fees

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Octotasker does not guarantee:

  • Employment placement

  • Hiring outcomes

  • Employee retention

  • Business revenue

  • Appointment volume

  • Inspection volume

  • Sales conversions

  • Specific business performance outcomes

Results may vary based on management, market conditions, operational execution, geography, and sales performance.

5. User Responsibilitieslts

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Comply with applicable labor laws

  • Comply with telecommunications regulations

  • Comply with local licensing laws

  • Maintain compliance within their jurisdiction

Clients remain solely responsible for their internal operations, sales performance, licensing, and legal compliance.

6. Third-Party Providers

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Stripe

  • GoHighLevel

  • Zoom

  • Slack

Octotasker is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, training materials, scripts, documentation, workflows, softwar configurations, and internal processes remain the exclusive property of Octotasker.

Users may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or replicate proprietary materials without written permission.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services for:

  • Nonpayment

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Misuse of services

  • Regulatory violations

  • Breach of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octotasker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including:

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Staffing losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Telecommunications failures

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
